This is the second time in two days I've gone to sleep just before it got light and woken up just after it got dark. Well, we are now in a nice clean room with a fan and a fridge which is costing us $14 less than the other one. I enjoy this. Today has been a quiet day. The highlight was when I asked someone how much something ws in Vietnamese and THEY UNDERSTOOD! Did I understand the answer? No. Did I know how to say "Pardon"? After several nights of going to sleep at 3 or 4am and getting up at 12 or 1, I'm finally returning to a vaguely normal sleeping pattern - last night I went to bed at 11 and got up today at 10.
